Meal Plan 1

Meal Plan One.

I decided to share with you my meal plan for the week.  Usually I will have them up sooner if this is a hit. I think in later posts, I will shake the WW points for it for anyone interested. My recipe builder on iTrackBites is giving me fits. So not this week.

Actually, most snacks I have are not planned out.  So I rotate between hard boiled eggs, coffee with collagen, big boy shakes, or yogurt.
